will be using the latest Sandwich Plate System (SPS).
The company is in the final phase of negotiations with Intelligent Engineering (www.ie-sps.com) an innovative company
with offices in Great Britain and North America with production facilities worldwide.
Intelligent Engineering invented the Sandwich Plate System (SPS) and it has been utilized in various projects in
shipbuilding, bridge and offshore construction. During this time SPS has gained the attention of the major shipbuilding
Classification Societies of the world and Lloyds Register (www.lr.org) is in the process of publishing draft rules
for the new construction of ships. Moreover, BASF (NYSE:BF; www.basf.com), a world-leading chemical company, will
be producing the polymer for the steel sandwich. In addition, Keppel Shipyard (www.keppelshipyard.com), a world-leading
maritime company, is licensed to produce SPS panels. According to Mr. Francis, President of Cala Corporation, SPS
