JUPITER, FL -- The remarkable sales success of The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club & Spa, Jupiter, particularly in the area of whole ownership, has led to the conversion of 10 Fractional Ownership Club Homes to whole ownership Villas.

Priced from $1.5 million, the Villas consist of three two-bedroom and seven four-bedroom single family homes. They are being offered first and exclusively to the development’s current Owners and Members prior to a subsequent public release. The private country club community completed the sale of all 34 Residences in 2004, and has one Estate home remaining listed at $3.7 million.
