5 Star Interval Resort Exceeds Sales Expectations as Things Get Going Faster and Faster in Beijing

BEIJING -- Mr. Joseph Hickman, Executive director of Interval International's Asia Pacific office, flew to Beijing on 20th October to present an affiliation certificate to Mr. Bryan Lunt of Jin Lu Xiang and Mr. Eric Feng Li, General Manager and Chairman of the latest 5 Star Interval International affiliate property, Jin Qiao International located in the heart of Beijing.

Beijing's Jin Lu Xiang Project Director is Jim Douglas, formerly of Westgate in Las Vegas, who is heading up the huge sales and marketing drive and now seeing around 1,000 quality families a month at the property. Soon to be starting on-site owner referrals and owner upgrades for this expanding project, the future gets brighter and brighter at this first ever resort affiliation for Interval in Beijing.

In the first 4 weeks of opening, Mr. Douglas said, they purposely started off slow to get things organised, seeing only 230 families but making 43 sales. "The market is amazing. There is so much potential here if you do it right and give the customer what we promise.
