LAS VEGAS, NV -- On Friday, November 5, 2004, Sunterra Corporation (NasdaqNM:SNRR) will host a seminar to provide
investors with a foundation-level understanding of Sunterra's business. Sunterra's Chief Executive Officer Nicholas
Benson and Chief Financial Officer Steve West will discuss various facets of Sunterra's business in detail, including
Club Sunterra -- Sunterra's trust-backed points system -- and key business areas such as sales and marketing, financial
services and property management.
The seminar, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., will be held at the Nasdaq MarketSite, located at Times Square in New
York City. Physical space at the event is limited and accordingly, interested parties are requested to email contact
information to investorrelations@sunterra.com by October 25th. Confirmation of reservation will be returned within
a reasonable period.
While attendance at the actual event will be limited, Sunterra will web cast the event. To listen to the live web
cast, go to http://secure.sunterra.com/corp and click on the Investor Relations tab at least 15 minutes early to
register, download, and install any necessary audio software. For those who cannot listen to the live broadcast,
a replay will be made available shortly after the presentation and will run for a limited period.
