1/2 million passenger cruise bookings since its inception in 1997 underscoring its position as a leading provider
of cruise programs and Internet technology for the leisure industry.

Since the launch of operations in 1997, ICE has recorded increasing growth rates in both the number of cruise bookings
and gross revenue. The company posted an annual revenue increase of 95 percent to nearly $80.7 million in 2002.
Revenue hit $137.2 million last year, jumping 70 percent. By Aug. 31, ICE's 2004 revenue was $138 million, already
exceeding last year's overall record.
ICE started as a cruise exchange company where timeshare owners could exchange their timeshare week for a cruise.
