PARSIPPANY, NJ -- RCI, the global leader in vacation exchange, announced yesterday that Maui Oceanfront Inn Vacation
Club located on Keawakapu Beach in Maui, Hawaii, has signed a new affiliation agreement that will add the resort
community to RCI's worldwide network of affiliated resorts.
The Maui Oceanfront Inn Vacation Club is the first resort on Maui to offer RCI® Points, giving owners access
to resorts around the world through RCI's global resort network as well as the many additional benefits of RCI's
points-based exchange program. Through the affiliation agreement, RCI will also provide the resort with marketing
support through RCI's Endless Vacation ® magazine as well as quality assurance assistance through Ragatz Associates.
RCI's points exchange program allows timeshare owners to have the relative value of the vacation ownership interests
that they own expressed as an annual quantity of points, which can be used to obtain vacation accommodations around
the world as well as a wide variety of other travel products, including airfare, car rental, hotel stays, cruises,
golf outings and tickets to theme parks.
Maui Oceanfront Inn Vacation Club has 44 tastefully appointed luxury and standard size suites. Resort activities
and amenities include scuba diving, whale watching, biking, kayaking, snorkeling, golfing, shopping, concierge
service and fine dining at Sarento's on the Beach, the resort's five-star restaurant.
The resort has been awarded provisional RCI Gold Crown status, an award earned by a select number of RCI resorts
that have achieved excellence in quality, amenities and service standards.
