MIAMI, FL -- Total Public Relations, one of the vacation ownership’s leading public relations, marketing and communications
firms, has formed a joint venture with PAMCON, Inc., an international marketing consulting company, to offer results-oriented
Hispanic marketing to the vacation ownership industry.

Enrique J. Pérez, one of the Western Hemisphere’s leading Hispanic marketers for more than 30 years, is
president of PAMCON (publishing, advertising and marketing consulting services). Prior to forming PAMCON, Perez
headed marketing, communications and sales for the international division of Editorial Televisa, the largest Spanish-language
consumer magazine publishing company in Latin America and the U.S. Hispanic Market. He began his career in the
tourism industry as public relations agent.
