SHANGHAI, China -- Tofino Club International (TCI), the biggest timeshare company in Shanghai, China proudly announces
their newly joined shareholder VVC ( Victors Vacation Club ). Based in Taiwan, VVC has been operating hospitality
business over 16 years in Taiwan. VVC currently has about 20,000 members and has become one of the leading vacation
clubs in Taiwan. With VVC's USD300 millions assets back up, the future to Tofino Club International is bright &
optimistic.
VVC currently owns and operates 6 timeshare resorts ( all RCI affiliated ) both in Taiwan & China. VVC has
been investing over USD 20 millions to its flagship resort, Fuzhou Hotspring Resort ( RCI ID6840 ) in China since
1992.
"After months of negotiation, we are happy and excited," said by Mr. Herman Chiu, the General Manager
of TCI.
"We are planning to offer our new concept of vacation ownership to the local Shanghai market. " Mr. Chiu
continued to say, "We offer a 40 year membership program with an extra benefit of using our world class 18
hole golf course six times per year to our members. With our affiliated program with other golf club across China
& Asia, TCI members can play golf at any golf course at anytime they want without paying premium golf club
membership fee ( i.e a golf club membership currently costs about USD100,000 in Shanghai and the price is going
up every year )."
TCI is the first club to offer such a program in Asia. Not only members can enjoy all the benefits & advantage
of RCI, they even like owning a premium golf club membership which Golf is still treated as a luxury sport &
only the rich and famous can afford it nowadays in China.
"We are inviting investors or developers to join force with us if anyone is interested at the last virgin
market for timeshare / vacation ownership industry, China," said Mr. Herman Chiu.
TCI plans to open 4 more sales offices in Shanghai this year. TCI also welcomes any golf clubs, vacation clubs

on the type of membership. The Image should become synonymous with other leading brands in China and later, worldwide.
The successful use of the TCI products by high profile TV stars, the quality write ups on the product by leading
trade journals as well as by a Government and Corporate clientele would allow a PR department within the group
to put TCI in line with the highest of profiles," Mr. Herman Chiu continued to say. "TCI would also start
many different marketing programmes. We would establish TCI in all the major cities throughout China by attending
promotional exhibitions and shows, set up relationships with airlines, airports and the Chinese railway networks
(as these are the people who travel), as well as with major shopping centres, collecting and building a database
of quality people to be toured at our sales centres sometime in the future. We would also set up a promotional
two and three night mini vacation voucher programme as an incentive or gift to be given away or sold or as part
of a prize for purchasing a quality product (hence qualifying the purchaser). The promotional mini vacation voucher
could be used also through the established travel agency networks, through the internet and through various media
advertising (direct advertising as well as competitions on TV shows, via radio, glossy magazines and newspapers
creating both lead generation as well as ) and as a special offer on in bound tours to China. These programmes
bring in high quality tourists to China, often staying in TCI accommodations when available, with the obligation
to attend a presentation at some stage convenient to TCI at one of our sales centres. These Chinese promotional
mini vacation vouchers would become more and more popular worldwide being used by other leading Timeshare Resorts
and Clubs, as TCI gets a bigger brand name and China establishes itself as a more and more popular destination
with the WTO entry, the Olympic Games in Beijing, the Shanghai World Expo and not forgetting the Disney’s Land
in Hong Kong and Universal studios opening in Shanghai."
