provider, today announced the affiliation of Quinta da Encosta Velha, which forms part of Parque da Floresta, a
vacation-ownership resort located in the Western Algarve, Portugal.
The resort is situated in the heart of unspoilt countryside on the edge of a nature reserve and offers fractional
freehold ownership for twelfth, four season and quarter-shares, with a total of 70 luxury village houses available
for exchange. Visitors will have access to the many on-site amenities and activities. More generally, the Algarve
is characterized by vast sandy beaches backed by dramatic cliffs, while the region's attractions include quaint
towns, fishing villages and challenging golf courses.
Fractional freehold owners at Quinta da Encosta Velha become members of Interval International, and have the opportunity
