RCI Announces New Apporintments to North America Marketing

PARSIPPANY, NJ -- RCI, the global leader in vacation property exchange, announced new appointments to its North America marketing team. The organizational changes are designed to strengthen the company's marketing capabilities.

Peter Menges has been named Senior Vice President of Marketing, RCI North America. Prior to this, he worked for Cendant's Timeshare Resort Group where he led efforts to share best practices in marketing across Cendant's timeshare developer companies, Fairfield Resorts and Trendwest Resorts, as well as developing alliance-marketing programs with other Cendant companies and external corporate partners. He will be based in RCI's global headquarters in Parsippany, N.J., and will report to Dave Pontius, President, RCI North America.

Menges will be responsible for leading a North America marketing group consisting of five functions: Branding and Product Marketing; Loyalty & Marketing Strategy; B2B Marketing; Corporate Communications; and Publications.

Prior to Cendant, Peter's experience also included a variety of marketing and sales positions with Time Inc. and Time Warner where he developed strategies and programs to use the company's immense customer database to develop marketing applications and new revenue streams.

Michael Perry has been named Vice President, Marketing Strategy. Michael will work with RCI's database management and marketing teams to develop targeted, relevant and efficient marketing programs. Michael joins RCI from JPMorgan Chase & Company (JPMC), where he served as Vice President of Marketing, Chase Financial Services. During his tenure with JPMC, Michael oversaw the development and execution of one-to-one marketing efforts, loyalty programs and database analysis to achieve significant revenue growth while reducing customer acquisition costs. Michael will be based in Parsippany and report to Peter Menges.
