Stroman Realty Announces Best Quarter Ever for Timeshare Sales

CONROE, TX -- "Our first quarter numbers for Stroman Realty were the best in our 25-year history," reports President Wayne A. Stroman, CIPS. There were several reasons why an increase is taking place in the Resort Real Estate Market. He said, "The timeshare resale market has come alive, and buyers are looking to specialized agents to help them through the sales transaction process."

Stroman anticipates the trend of resale buying activity to continue for the next 10 years while baby boomers are becoming empty nesters and have more vacation time and disposable income to purchase vacations. "Another factor is the transfer of family wealth which will be the largest ever in the world's history! This could drive demand toward purchasing more of the current inventory of resale units. We have experienced a steady rise in resale prices in the past 10 years and predict them to continue to follow behind the pricing of new sales by developers from this point on," said Stroman.
