La Costa Group (CLC). Club La Costa owns 19 quality resorts in Spain, Tenerife and Scotland.
Mel Grant, President & CEO of SFX explains that this special relationship will provide preferred access exchange
opportunities for members of both companies. In this fast-changing industry, SFX has been a leading innovator in
building strategic alliances between preferred quality resorts in high demand locations. These alliances add a
dynamic component to a resort’s need to expand and enhance the quality of its Owner services department’s ability

SFX already enjoys recognition in Europe within the timeshare resort industry. This affiliation with Club La Costa
is part of SFX’s new long-term strategic expansion initiative of services to the European timeshare market.
