Curran Management Services Will Create InnSeason Resorts™ Brand in Northeastern U.S.

Press Release: Curran Management Services
September 17, 2003
CENTERVILLE, MA -- Curran Management Services (CMS) of Centerville, MA today announced its intention to create a new brand name for many of its timeshare resorts in the northeastern U.S. The announcement was made recently at a meeting of the company’s senior managers in Lincoln, NH.

The InnSeason Resorts™ brand will be formally introduced in Lincoln next month and appear elsewhere early in 2004. It will be launched in partnership with Southern Peaks Resorts, LLC, a real estate development and resort management company, headed by Dennis M. Ducharme, RRP, of Yarmouth, MA. Ducharme owns several resorts on Cape Cod and in New Hampshire.

William E. “Billy” Curran, president of Curran Management Services, said InnSeason Resorts would be distinguished by superior lodging and recreational facilities along with exceptional customer service.

“Like any great brand name, ‘InnSeason Resorts’ captures the essence of our product: places where people will have fun on their vacations during any season - for any reason,” Curran explained. “Our brand slogan is ‘The Northeast Experience’™.”

CMS has developed three popular, luxury-class resorts in Massachusetts and Maine that together employ more than 350 people, many of them year round. In addition, the company’s marketing division is the region’s top producing timeshare marketer. Since 1997, CMS has generated more than $370 million in timeshare sales for its resorts and others.

“We are a family business guided by enduring family values,” Billy Curran said. “InnSeason Resorts’ guests will feel that they are members of our extended family. Their hospitality experience will be inviting, warm and refreshing.”
