TimeShareWare is one of Utah's Fastest Growing Companies

KAYSVILLE, UT -- Competing with over 11,000 applicants, TimeShareWare was ranked number 47 on the prestigious Utah 100 list of fastest growing companies in Utah. This is the fourth time TimeShareWare has been recognized.

Timo Jones, CEO of TimeShareWare, says the company’s fourth appearance on the list is a little deceiving. “This is the fourth year that TimeShareWare has been featured on the Utah 100 list; however, this is also only the fourth year we have applied. It’s very probable that had we applied for the award since becoming eligible this would be our sixth or seventh appearance.”

The Utah 100 companies represent a broad cross-section from almost all industries in Utah, including information technology, biomedical and bio-technical, heath care, retail, construction, and financial services. The rankings are based on the pace of revenue growth between 1998 and 2002. To be eligible for consideration in the Utah 100, a company must be Utah-based, have reported a minimum of $50,000 in revenue in the base year, and have five years of operating history.

Even more impressive than TimeShareWare’s growth is that they are one of a handful of companies that has consistently shown a profit. Many are still operating under a heavy debt burden, whereas TimeShareWare has been operating debt-free since its inception in 1988.

The company’s growth is also evident in the fact that they will be moving into a new corporate headquarters this Fall. TimeShareWare’s new two-story building will be over 15,000 square feet and house up to 90 employees at its maximum capacity.

TimeShareWare is the fastest growing technology company in the vacation ownership industry. It has more than 150 resort clients in Australia, Canada, the Caribbean, Europe, India, Mexico, and the United States.
