Timeshare Broker Finder Introduced by OwnerTrades.com

CANADAIGUA, NY -- Ownertrades.com, the premier website facilitating free exchanges amongst Marriott Vacation Club owners, introduced the Resales Marketplace, dedicated to bringing buyers and re-sellers of Marriott Vacation Club properties together, just six months ago.

In that six months, the site has developed one of the largest on-line searchable databases of Marriott resales listings on the Internet (over 100 Marriott properties listed by owners and brokers). This rapid growth inspired the recent addition of a Broker Finder service to the site, which allows users to quickly locate brokers who deal in Marriott resales by doing a state-specific search.

According to Ownertrades.com proprietor and Marriott Owner Clark Kurtz, "It just made sense to add the Broker Finder service. We already make it easy for Owners to find and exchange with each other, and for Owners and Brokers to add listings. Why not make it just as easy for Owners who want to list through a Broker with experience dealing in Marriott properties to easily find one? With our search engine technology in place, it is just one more thing we could easily do for the Marriott community."

This site provides a great opportunity for brokers to list properties targeting the attention of Marriott owners, many of whom already own multiple Marriott properties and who are good candidates for purchasing additional properties. Owners may add listings for free. Brokers pay a modest listing fee of $10 per listing if they are already run a banner ad on Ownertrades.com (a $60 annual fee), or $20 per listing if they do not.

Kurtz knows the site is working for brokers: "One of the brokers listed 13 properties in our first 6 months the Resales Marketplace was in existence and sold at least two of them. At $10 a listing, you can do the math. We've been a secret weapon for that broker!"
