``Operation Family Fun'' Day Created by Hilton Grand Vacations Company Staff Members to Support Local Families of Deployed U.S. Military

ORLANDO, FL -- In an effort to innovatively support the local families of United States Military Reserve personnel currently serving Active Duty, the staff members of Hilton Grand Vacations Company®, LLC (HGVC) will host "Operation Family Fun" on Saturday, May 17, 2003. Twenty families, including 35 children, have accepted the invitation to participate in festivities from 9:00am to 5:00pm at Hilton Grand Vacations Club® at SeaWorld International Center.

THE PROJECT: Operation Family Fun

THE PARTICIPANTS: Family representatives of U.S. military reserve personnel currently deployed with the Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marines, and National Guard will participate in Operation Family Fun.

THE PEOPLE: Staff members of Hilton Grand Vacations Company have spent the past several months coordinating the effort to host a day of fun and festivities for the families of local reservists who have been called up to active military duty. The participating families were selected at random by a local representative of the U.S. Army Military Family Readiness Group.

THE PLACE: Hilton Grand Vacations Club® at SeaWorld International Center resort, adjacent to SeaWorld® Orlando, (at 6924 Grand Vacations Way, Orlando, FL 32821), has been designated as the headquarters for Operation Family Fun. Participants will take part in a variety of activities, games, and adventures throughout the resort, (see attached schedule of events).

    THE PROGRAM:

    9:00am  Families arrive at Hilton Grand Vacations Club
            - Family photographs to be taken until 10am

    9:30am  Presentation of Colors / National Anthem
            - Guests to be welcomed by Antoine Dagot, President and
              CEO of Hilton Grand Vacations Company, and Jeffrey
              Calvert, Resort Manager

   10:00am  Activities begin throughout resort:
            - Video Taping of family messages for troops
              (through noon)
            - Face Painting (through 3:00pm)
            - Arts & Crafts (through 3:00pm)
            - Obstacle Course (through 12:00noon)
            - Carnival begins (through 3:00pm)
            - Children's Movie, "Ice Age" begins in Theatre

   11:30am- Lunch Service
    1:30pm

   12:00    Activities continue (through 3:00pm):
   noon     - Hair Wraps
            - Airbrush Tattoos

    1:30pm  - Wacky Family Olympics begin (through 3:00pm)
            - Children's Movie "Monsters, Inc." begins in Theatre

    3:00pm  - Ice Cream Social
            - Opportunity for families to "purchase" gifts and prizes
              with "Cap'n Finn Bucks" won throughout the day's
              activities.

    4:00pm  - Family Quest - Grand Finale Event

    5:00pm  - Event concludes
