BAAR, Switzerland -- Over 70 Hapimag resort and area managers from 18 different countries are to meet at the Hapimag
Resort Belvédère in Interlaken, Switzerland, between 20 and 24 January, 2003. Intensive workshops
and the likelihood of a lively exchange of experiences are on the agenda.
The quality of the holidays, the service and the well-being of guests have top priority for the Hapimag Group.
The people responsible for ensuring this quality in the holiday residences are the over 70 resort and area managers,
plus their 1,500 staff. Every year, around 300,000 guests spend their holidays with Hapimag. The holiday makers
could be staying in one of the over 60 attractive holiday residences, where there are a total of over 5,500 apartments,
or on a houseboat on the French canals.
The resort and area managers are travelling to the Hapimag Resort Belvédère in Interlaken to take
part in an intensive 5-day annual meeting. The agenda will consist of a meeting with the Board of Directors and
management and an update on all the latest information from company management. The various workshops will also
deal with some wide-ranging topics, such as the existing and already successfully introduced quality management
system, contacts with guests, the future of the company and co-operation with the departments at head office. All
topics are focussed on the question: How can Hapimag pamper its guests even more? There will also be sufficient
time during the meeting for a lively exchange of experiences and for an encounter with the tourist attractions
of the Bernese Oberland region.
The resort and area managers will return to their resorts with new ideas and lots of information, so that, now
freshly motivated with their technical knowledge and skills, they can offer unforgettable holidays to their Hapimag
guests.
