Marriott Vacation Club International Appoints Mark Donnelly As Project Director Of Marketing For Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club

ORLANDO, FL -- Mark Donnelly has been named project director of marketing for Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club on Hawaii's island of Oahu. He will be responsible for the marketing efforts of the proposed 750 two-bedroom villa vacation ownership resort. Responsibilities include generating customers, advertising, managing broker relationships and agreements, direct mail campaigns, lead generation, and cost.

Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club is Marriott's largest, most ambitious and exciting project to date in Hawaii, featuring breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean or the Waianae Mountain Range. Each two-bedroom, two-bath lock-off villa will be approximately 1,240 square feet. Villas accommodate up to eight people. Villas also include living and dining area; fully equipped kitchen with standard oven, microwave and service for eight; washer and dryer; full set of linens and towels; three televisions; and video cassette/DVD player.

Donnelly has been working for Marriott International for over 16 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club. He began his career with Marriott in 1986 as sales manager of the Raleigh Marriott Crabtree. Two years later, he became the director of sales at Marco Island Marriott Resort & Golf Club. He continued his career with Marriott as general manager of the Marriott Reservation Center; director of marketing at Seaview Marriott Resort & Spa; and project director of sales and marketing at Marriott's Fairway Villas at Seaview.
