BAAR, Switzerland -- Hapimag is opening its newest holiday residence on the island of Sylt, a true North Sea pearl,
in one of the most attractive holiday regions in Germany. With its 40 apartments spread over 8 houses, the resort
offers the 135'000 Hapimag partners yet another superlative holiday destination.
The newest Hapimag holiday residence lies in the town of Westerland. Westerland is where the Hanseatic elite today
enjoy spending their weekends, as well as being in the immediate vicinity of the North Sea. The beautiful sandy
beaches and fresh air are perfect for long walks or taking a swim in the slightly salty water. Thanks to the special
climate Sylt offers fitness for both the heart and soul. Surrounding the main beach one can find an adventure world,

and are furnished in the style of a country house with either balcony or terrace. Furthermore, all apartments have
a kitchen with 4 ceramic hot plates, dishwasher and microwave.
An attractive wellness area with a cave-like swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, solarium and massage
are also to be found on the premises.
Both the planning and realisation of the Westerland residence was a complete success for Hapimag, as it was again
