MIAMI, FL -- Boyne Vacation Club at The Inn at Bay Harbor, a resort located in Bay Harbor, Michigan has been awarded
Interval International's industry-renowned Five Star Award. This Victorian-style resort is reminiscent of those
built in the early 1900s, with modern comforts in one-, two-, and four-bedroom suites and cottages offering fireplaces
and water front balconies. The resort boasts an array of amenities that include four food and beverage outlets,
European day spa, beach, outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, poolside massages, croquet, lawn chess, a lakeside ring
of fire, and hammocks. The Inn also features the 27 hole Bay Harbor Golf Club, one of the highest rated courses
in the United States, which has been home to PGA events.
The Interval International Five Star Award is known as one of the most prestigious awards in the vacation ownership
industry, recognizing resorts that provide exceptional vacation experiences. To qualify for the Interval International
Five Star designation, resorts must first be evaluated according to Interval's Quality Rating System - an objective,
quantitative assessment of the resort's location, vacation area, facilities, accommodations, and guest services.
After qualification, the resort must maintain high levels of exchange guest satisfaction monitored by a Customer
Satisfaction Index (CSI) and periodic on-site inspections by Interval personnel.
