REDMOND, WA -- Trendwest Resorts, a leader in the vacation ownership industry, will hold a groundbreaking ceremony
for their new WorldMark Sonoma County resort on Wednesday, June 12th at 11:30 a.m. WorldMark Sonoma County is
the first resort to ever be built in Windsor, CA and is expected to bring approximately 100,000 new visitors to
the area who will contribute an estimated $12.5 million annually to the local tourism economy.

its wide-spread appeal to our Northern California market."
The 228-condominium craftsman style resort will include one, two and three bedroom floor plans, as well as luxury
penthouse suites. Each condominium will be a self-contained vacation home, with a complete kitchen, washer/dryer,
gas fireplace, TV/VCR, CD player and private deck. The resort amenities will include two swimming pools, kiddie
pool, sport court, exercise facility, game room and outdoor recreation area.
The groundbreaking ceremony will take place at the resort site at the corner of Shiloh Road and Golf Course Drive
in Windsor, CA.
