KAYSVILLE, UT -- The Christie Lodge, located in Avon, Colorado, recently completed installation of TimeShareWare
NEXT. TimeShareWare's technology leading software is designed to help timeshare managers run their resorts effectively
with minimal training and effort. TimeShareWare NEXT manages reservations, guest hospitality, housekeeping, and
maintenance fee billings.
As one of the largest, independently operated timeshare resorts in North America, The Christie Lodge provides vacation
ownership and hotel services to visitors of the Vail Valley. The lodge is located near ski resorts and boasts such
amenities as wood burning fireplaces and private balconies for each suite.
" We made an extensive search for a software package that could serve as a property management system and
