PARSIPPANY, NJ -- Resort Condominiums International, LLC (RCI), today announced that Edward J. Boyle has been named
vice president of product development. In his role,Boyle will oversee the development of new leisure travel products
and services as well as enhancements to RCI’s existing product line on behalf of RCI’s developer clients and their
owners.
As head of RCI Product Development, Boyle and his team will be responsible for determining the viability of new
ideas, analyzing possible business benefits, testing and implementation, and benchmarking and tracking performance.

to the world of vacation ownership,” said Ken May, president and CEO, RCI. “His established track record in developing
innovative industry-leading programs will undoubtedly be an exceptional asset to our management team.”
Boyle joins RCI from eMarketplaces, a provider of online marketplace technology and services, where he served as
Chief Operating Officer responsible for software development, Web site and exchange operations, sales, and customer
servicing. Prior to eMarketplaces, Ed spent nearly 10 years with American Express, most recently as Vice President
of Global Strategy and Business Development in their travel division. During his tenure at American Express, Boyle
also held management positions in operations reengineering, product management, product development and acquisitions.
Boyle holds a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and a master’s degree in finance from New York University.
He is based in Parsippany, New Jersey.
