quarter and Year 2001 financial results prior to market open on Thursday, January 31, 2002, followed by a conference
call at 8:00 a.m. (Pacific time). The conference call will include a brief discussion of the quarter followed by
questions and answers. The call will include remarks by Bill Peare, President and CEO, Jeff Sites, Chief Operating
Officer, and Tim O'Neil, Chief Financial Officer.
