PARSIPPANY, NJ -- Resort Condominiums International, LLC (RCI) announced yesterday the appointment of Michael J.
O'Hara as senior vice president, business development. O'Hara joins RCI from Cendant Corporation, where he was
the senior vice president of development for the timesharing group. In his new role at RCI, O'Hara will be responsible
for developing the franchise network that will provide access to the most unique inventory available in the resort
accommodation market.
RCI Leisure Rental Division is a new unit of RCI that is responsible for marketing and managing the rental of vacation
accommodations to the general public. Formed in November of 2001, RCI Leisure Rental Division is building new global
channels enabling consumers to access a wider variety of high-quality vacation accommodations at affordable prices.
Prior to his roles in timesharing activities, O'Hara spent seven years as the senior vice president of Cendant's
hotel franchise sales group, with North American sales responsibility for the Super 8, Travelodge and the Knights
Inn brands.
Before joining Cendant in 1994, O'Hara spent 15 years at Unisys Computer Systems Group, where he held various sales
and marketing management positions. O'Hara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Manhattan
College, New York.

Based in Parsippany, NJ, O'Hara currently resides in Doylestown, PA with his wife and four children.
