REDMOND, WA -- Trendwest Resorts Inc., (NASDAQ: TWRI), one of the world's largest vacation ownership companies,
yesterday announced the opening of a new sales office in Kennewick, Washington at 1920 North Pittsburgh Street.
Trendwest transformed the 2,800 square foot office space into a showcase of vacation experiences available through
their vacation club, WorldMark.
"The addition of the Tri-Cities sales office now positions Trendwest to market and sell in every metropolitan
area in Washington," stated Bob Pappas, Northwest Region Vice President. Of the company's 44 sales offices
in the U.S., 28 are located in an urban center. "The Tri-Cities is in close proximity to many popular vacation
destinations, which helps to make it an attractive market for us," added Pappas.
Trendwest appointed Ray Colwell as Project Director to manage the sales office that includes five sales representatives
and three office administrators. Mr. Colwell was previously a sales representative for Trendwest in Roslyn, Washington.
