FORT MEYERS, FL -- Phillip Todd Enterprises was recently awarded a contract for the total renovation of the popular
Holiday Inn on Fort Myers Beach, Florida. The contract totaling about $750,000 includes interior design, purchase
and installation for the 103 guest rooms, lobby, restaurant and lounge.
According to Phillip Todd, the work began September 1 with completion expected in mid-October. The resort will
remain open for business during the renovation.
