Orlando, FL -- Longstanding woman business owner, Bobbi Roberts was recently the recipient of the prestigious 2002
George Zell Spirit of NACE Award, presented each year by the National Association of Catering Executives.
Roberts is owner and president of Central Florida’s The Balloon Connection, which has served the hotel and tourism
industries for more than 15 years. She was recognized for her winning spirit to conquer breast cancer, while comforting
others also fighting the disease. She produced and performed for RELAY FOR LIFE this past year, which successfully
raised more than $100,000 for cancer research, while still managing to continue to run her own company and serve
the industry.
