care services, announced yesterday it has signed a seven-year contract with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, LLC,
one of the world's leading luxury hotel and resort companies. Convergys will provide full health and welfare administration
services through its integrated human resources service centers to the more than 16,000 U.S.-based Ritz-Carlton
employees.
Convergys will support these employees with a wide variety of services such as health and welfare administration,
insurance payment processing, and employee stock ownership administration. These employee care services will also
be offered to employees joining Ritz-Carlton through mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Convergys will implement
state-of-the-art technologies required to operate these programs.
