agreement for RFPpublisher(TM), a global RFP solution that is now utilized by more than 69 hotel brands, representing
over 35,000 properties. Homestead Village is deploying RFPpublisher to all its properties.

North America and 37 Area and Local Sales Directors, it's challenging to collect and process information from all
our properties simultaneously. Before RFPpublisher, we used a different electronic RFP program to get the information
to and from our properties but felt that RFPpublisher better met our current needs. We are also utilizing Lanyon's
RatePublisher tool which formats our accepted rates into a file that can be sent directly to Pegasus, saving us
time and effort and increasing processing accuracy."
