Pending Property Acquisition & Board Changes for Sedona Horizons

Press Release: SEDONA HORIZONS CORPORATION
December 19, 2002
PHOENIX, AZ -- SEDONA HORIZONS CORPORATION, (OTC:SDHZ) is pleased to announce that the meeting of the Board of Directors held December 12, 2002 resulted in changes to the Board and a significant identified property acquisition.

Sedona President, Philip Young, states, "Sedona is looking to focus on Real Estate and Resort Development. As our first step we have entered into a Contract of Purchase and Sale to acquire a significant resort development property located just South of Whistler, British Columbia. As financing and effective management is the key to our success, we have increased the size of the Board of Directors from two to four and appointed to the Board of Directors effective December 12, 2002: Lakhwinder Janda, Sarbjit Teja and Lewis Dillman. Also, at this meeting David Young submitted his resignation as a Director of Sedona Horizons and it was accepted with praise for his efforts as a Founding Shareholder and Director for many years. In addition, we have successfully filed our Form SB-2 with the SEC and anticipate it to become effective shortly."

The initial target property is known as the Whistler South Resort Development; preliminary designs are set for a major hotel with 150 room accommodations, including a full 18-hole golf course and clubhouse. The theme is set for a supernatural wilderness retreat with a fully relaxed Resort & Spa overlooking the Cheakamus River while being secluded in the mountains. Isolated single housing units and townhouse structures will complement and create a lush resort community. Prime location adds to the draw: just off the main Sea-to-Sky HWY overlooked by the Famous Tantalus Mountain Range Look Out Point in the pristine Paradise Valley. The site is approximately 20 minutes south of the world-famous ski resort Whistler Village which, along with Vancouver, will carry the flag for the 2010 Olympic bid.
