ORLANDO, FL -- ResortQuest International (NYSE:RZT), one of the world's largest vacation rental property management companies, will open the first phase of the new Bahama Bay Resort this week in Central Florida.

Starting December 23rd, there will be 64 units available for vacation rental. Two pools and the clubhouse will also be open. A total of 116 units will be complete by the end of January 2003.

With the completion of the approximately $90 million, 70 acre Bahama Bay Resort, ResortQuest will be adding nearly 500 luxury vacation rental condominiums to their Orlando portfolio, soon to total over 900 vacation homes and condos.
