Chef Davis was the winner of the special challenge issued by Kahlua, in which chefs from across the country were asked to develop unique recipes using Kahlua. The award-winning recipe, Kahlua Braised Short Ribs with Cornbread Terrine, was chosen based on its complex flavor. A fourteen-year veteran with Marriott International in five states, Douglas J.
