Chef, Douglas J. Davis recently received accolades from Kahlua. Chef Davis was the winner of the special challenge
issued by Kahlua, in which chefs from across the country were asked to develop unique recipes using Kahlua. The
award-winning recipe, Kahlua Braised Short Ribs with Cornbread Terrine, was chosen based on its complex flavor.
A fourteen-year veteran with Marriott International in five states, Douglas J. Davis is the Executive Banquet
