that will provide all Privileges Portfolio(SM) members with 24-hour access to a professional concierge service,
further enhancing the range of luxury lifestyle services offered to members.
Through LesConcierges, Privileges Portfolio members will have a personal concierge available to assist with everything
from international item searches to sold-out concerts or sporting events, to anything that will improve their quality
of life on a day-to-day basis. LesConcierges will work with Privileges Portfolio members to handle a comprehensive
array of their business and personal assistance needs including, but not limited to, making recommendations, reservations
and facilitation of purchases, as well as customized gift services and personal shopping. In addition, LesConcierges
will provide general information and research services, business services and special product/program access.
Privileges Portfolio members can access LesConcierges via a toll-free phone number, extranet web site, e-mail and
facsimile.
Privileges Portfolio is an exclusive service for Private Banks, Family Offices, and luxury Affinity Brands that
provides comprehensive luxury lifestyle management services designed to help high-net-worth clients enjoy their
wealth and luxury lifestyle.
