agreement between the two companies related to MICROS-Fidelio Financials powered by SunSystems, a financial management
system for major hotels, restaurants and other hospitality organizations. The software solution combines the strengths,
benefits and functionality of MICROS-Fidelio from MICROS Systems and SunSystems from Systems Union.
MICROS-Fidelio is world-leader in providing fully integrated property management systems, central reservations
and customer information solutions. SunSystems is a leading financial and business management software offering
for international and domestic organizations. Products from both companies are multi-language, multi-currency and
