Budgethotels Network Inc.'s New President Pleased With Company's Progress

POINT ROBERTS, WA -- Budgethotels Network Inc. (OTCBB:BUDH) recently appointed President and COO, Mr. Lewis Dillman, in commenting on the 3rd quarter results states that he is pleased with the Company's progress.

Revenues for the 3rd quarter increased to $210,266 from revenues of $145,415 in the 2nd quarter.

Traffic on the Company's primary website, www.budgethotels.com, remains strong. A powerful search engine is currently being constructed which will enable the Company to facilitate the on-line reservation process and enable the Company to retain a higher percentage of the commission generated.

Budgethotels provides hotel and travel related reservation services through its network of 86 Reservation Centers located in major Amtrak and Greyhound transportation terminals across North America. The Company also provides world-wide budget hotel accommodations at over 40,000 properties through its www.budgethotels.com web site.
