FORT WORTH, TX -- Crescent Real Estate Equities Company (NYSE: CEI) Monday announced three Class A leases totaling
38,228 square feet in the Dallas area.
Deutsche Banc Alex Brown Inc. signed an expansion and renewal totaling 21,452 square feet at The Crescent®
in the Uptown submarket. Michael Silliman represented the landlord, Crescent Real Estate Funding I, L.P., while
Courtenay Jenkins, Rob Jones and Searcy Ferguson of the Trammell Crow Company represented the client. The Crescent,
a 1.2 million square foot, 19-story property is now 99.8% leased.
JPMorgan Chase Bank signed a 5,893 square foot renewal at Stemmons Place in the Stemmons Freeway Submarket. Virginia
Mulkey represented the landlord, Crescent Real Estate Funding VIII, L.P. while Russell Cosby of Mullen-Cosby represented
Chase Bank. Stemmons Place, a 634,381 square foot, 20-story property is now at 88% occupancy.
Workflow Studios signed a 10,886 square foot lease at 5050 Quorum in Addison. Virginia Mulkey represented the landlord,
Crescent Real Estate Funding VIII, L.P. while Jay Rigelsky of Corporate Realty Advisors represented Workflow Studios.
This new lease brings the 133,594 square foot, 7-story property to the 85% leased mark.
