BEVERLY HILLS, CA -- Hilton Hotels Corporation (NYSE:HLT) announced yesterday that it has completed its acquisition
of the 1,241-room Hilton Waikoloa Village on Hawaii's Big Island. Hilton's agreement to purchase the property,
along with the financial details of the transaction and description of the hotel property, was announced as part
of the company's April 23 first quarter earnings press release.
