NEW YORK, NY -- Crown Jewel Resources Corp., (OTC Bulletin Board: CJRS) announced yesterday that it has entered
into a letter of intent to acquire 100% of the assets and world wide rights of Holiday Surf Ltd.
Holiday Surf has developed a proven "B2B2C" concept for the Travel industry, which has been successfully
test marketed in Europe. Holiday Surf, through a "virtual Market place," creates for retail Travel Agencies,
specialized space, an Internet travel cafe, where vacation packages, tours, special interest trips, new travel
destinations etc ... are promoted and sold to clients through the Holiday Surf internet engine. The first installation
of the "Holiday Surf Market place" is planned in France July, 2002. A 2,000 s.f. retail shop in the center
of Paris will be the first outlet. This contract is the first of an expected additional 15 to be signed during
the next 12 months.
Carmine Trinchetta, Chairman of the company stated, "We believe that this acquisition will introduce a series
of opportunities aimed at enhancing our marketing efforts in the consumer product and services field. Additionally,
this acquisition introduces our company to the international markets which is important to our international marketing
efforts. We intend to look for other opportunities that will complement our current and future marketing strategies."
Crown Jewel Resources anticipates that the acquisition will be completed in no later than thirty (30) days. The
transaction is to be a stock for asset transaction.
