on Tuesday, June 18th at 10:00 a.m. eastern time to provide earnings guidance for the Company's fiscal year ending
June 30, 2003. Company officials David S. Feder, President and Chief Operating Officer, William M. Pierce, Senior
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Steven M. Dauria, Vice President and Corporate Controller, will
