the lodging industry, Thursday announced the signing of a seven-year, revenue sharing agreement with the Buffalo
Marriott Niagara.
Located a short drive from Niagara Falls and Canada, the 356-room Buffalo Niagara Marriott provides quick and easy
access to downtown and suburban corporate headquarters. The hotel features both executive and concierge floors
with a private lounge, 14,000 square feet of banquet and meeting space, and the renowned Christino's restaurant.
eRoomSystem will install its new upright display eRoomServ 5000 refreshment center in each of the 356 guestrooms
in the third quarter of this year.
"The Buffalo Marriott Niagara, along with the recent announcement of the placement of eRoomServ refreshment
centers and eRoomTrays in the 454-room Executive Plaza Hotel Chicago, accounts for two contracts this month with
Boykin Lodging comprising 810 rooms," said Gregory L. Hrncir, eRoomSystem's general counsel.
"We will continue to assist the Boykin Lodging Co. in reviewing other Boykin properties where our solution
can efficiently increase their revenue per available room and the hotel's profitability."
