yesterday that it will release the Company's quarterly earnings report for the 2nd quarter before the market opens
on Tuesday, July 23, 2002.
The company will also hold a conference call that day at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) to discuss its quarterly results.
The conference call will be webcast live on the Investor Relations section of the company's web site at www.hotels.com.
To listen to the call, log on to the website at least 10 minutes early to register, download and install any necessary
