Following the adoption of a resolution at the annual general meeting last Wednesday to change the name of the company,
TUI AG has today been entered in the Register of Companies.
The first holiday share on the stock market is therefore now called TUI. The TUI shares will be traded from tomorrow,
Tuesday 2 July 2002 under the familiar securities code numbers 695 200 and 695 205. The share symbol is TUI.DE
