BEVERLY HILLS, CA -- Hilton Hotels Corporation (NYSE:HLT) said yesterday it has scheduled Tuesday, January 29,
2002 for release of the company's fourth quarter/year-end financial results and conference call.
The results will be issued prior to the opening of the market on January 29, with a conference call to follow that
day at 12 p.m. Eastern time (9 a.m. Pacific). The call-in numbers are 800-491-3127 (within the U.S.) and 303-267-1006
(outside the U.S.). Participating on the call will be Hilton chief executive officer Stephen F. Bollenbach, along
