Cendant Files Historical and Projected Statements of Cash Flows With the Securities and Exchange Commission on Form 8-K

NEW YORK, NY -- Cendant Corporation (NYSE: CD) yesterday announced that it has filed historical and projected consolidated schedules of free cash flows and consolidated condensed statements of cash flows for the years ended December 31, 2000 and 2001 and projected consolidated schedules of free cash flows for the years ended December 31, 2002, 2003 and 2004 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Form 8-K.

In March 2001, Cendant began providing historical consolidated schedules of free cash flows in an effort to enhance investors' understanding of its sources and uses of cash. This document, along with GAAP format condensed statements of cash flows, has been filed on Form 8-K for each quarter since that date. The Company has further enhanced its disclosure by now also filing projected free cash flows for the years ended December 31, 2002, 2003 and 2004.
