results on Thursday, February 14, 2002, and will host a conference call and simultaneous webcast on Friday, February
15, 2002 at 9:30 a.m. Central time.
The conference call will consist of a review of the third quarter results and other statements by management including
business and company trends that will be followed by a question and answer session.
