LONDON -- The Bauer Partnership Inc. (OTCBB:BUER), yesterday announced the election of Mr. Joseph T. Bauer, in
addition to the recent announcement regarding the elections of F. Bryson Farrill, Dr. Jacques Fischer, Geoffrey
Button and Ronald J. Bauer to its Board of Directors.
Mr. J. Bauer, a non-executive Director of The Bauer Partnership Inc., is an executive with Canary Wharf Group plc,
the developers of London's Canary Wharf development, one of the largest office developments in the world. Mr. J.
Bauer is a 25-year veteran of Olympia & York Developments Ltd., at one time one of North America's largest
private property developers. His last position with O&Y was as Sr. Vice-President & Chief Engineer. Mr.
J. Bauer has been involved in the development of over 100 large-scale commercial projects throughout North America,
Europe and Latin America.
Mr. J. Bauer holds a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from The Israel Institute of Technology (Technion) in Haifa,
Israel as well as an M.B.A. from York University in Toronto, Canada. Mr. J. Bauer is CEO Ronald J. Bauer's father.
