MEMPHIS, TN -- RFS Hotel Investors, Inc. (NYSE:RFS) Friday declared a first quarter dividend of $0.25 per share payable on February 15, 2002 to shareholders of record on February 5, 2002. The Company today announced that it is moving the dividend record date to February 7, 2002. The payment date remains February 15, 2002.
