Fund, Inc. (Crescent) has agreed to introduce the Company to its institutional investor client base for the purpose
of raising equity capital for the development of the Company's planned Dream Island Project in Bahrain. Crescent
has also agreed to undertake an investor relations program to broaden the Company's investment audience.
