that it will release first quarter financial results on Thursday, May 2, 2002, prior to the market's opening.
At 11 a.m. ET, the company's senior management team will conduct a conference call to review the financial results,
followed by a question and answer period. Participants will include Phillip McNeill, Sr., chairman and CEO; Howard
Silver, president and COO; and Donald Dempsey, chief financial officer.
